RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for a return number. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. This must be done within 5-7 days of delivery and we will happily replace the items or refund your money in full* minus any delivery costs. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition. We have the right to reject any items that do not meet these criteria.

We check every products before we send If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements, or if this is not possible, we shall refund you immediately. Replacement items will only be sent after we have received the defective items back from you in their original packaging. This may involve us sending the item back to the manufacturer for further inspection before any action is taken.
